Broker & Principal: Hannah Charles
Hannah has over a decade of DC real estate, brokerage, and development consulting experience. She holds a law degree from Georgetown Law and decided to focus her experience and energy in property management. She built Simply from the ground up, beginning in 2015.
Assistant Property Manager
Our assistant PM keeps operations running smoothly and manages the day-to-day portfolio flow. Detail oriented and responsive, they ensure nothing falls through the cracks and remain the main point of contact for residents.
CapEx & Quality Control
Our CapEx lead manages larger improvement work, from budgeting and contractor bids to on-site inspections. This role oversees everything from roofs and HVAC replacements to major renovations, coordinating with trusted contractors and keeping owners informed.
Field Technician
Our trusted presence who communicates directly with residents and owners, the Field Tech handles day to day maintenance issues and provides detailed, accurate reports after every visit.
